As a former military officer, Mitch provides the strategic direction for QHS and plays a vital role in ensuring successful business transactions for both our clients and the acquiring entities. He is uniquely suited for this role, having compiled hundreds of closed transactions involving roughly $750 million in mergers and acquisitions negotiations.

Having founded QHS in 2001, Mitch understands how to meet our clients’ desires and requirements while working within the acquisition criteria of a multitude of buyers. His knowledge of how to walk a deal from beginning to end while side-stepping the many pitfalls along the way helps to create win-win transactions for both our clients and the acquiring companies.

Mitch has an MBA in Finance from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a BS in Chemistry from the US Military Academy at West Point, NY. He served our country in various capacities in the US Army for 12 years until receiving an Honorable Discharge while holding the rank of major.

• Closed more than 500 M&A deals since 1999.

• Negotiated roughly $750 million worth of deals in consolidating industries.

• Published article in RCR Wireless News predicting the demise of the tower industry. approximately three months before the industry imploded in 2001 (and predicted the long term growth of the industry).

• Developed regional portfolios in multiple industries proving the business model is highly adaptable.

• Maintains an active relationship with more than 50 acquiring companies of telecom assets as well as assets and businesses in other consolidating industries.
