Ted brings a diverse set of managerial, technical and transactional experiences to our company. Beginning his career in the U.S. Air Force, he has completed nearly 24 years of service to his country specializing in aircraft maintenance and has risen to the rank of master sergeant. His civilian career has included managerial and sales positions with a number of high profile companies in the general aviation arena. Ted has overseen highly technical aircraft modifications, and he has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of fixed base operations, aircraft charter and regional airline services. He holds an AAS degree in avionics as well as FCC general class and airframe & power plant licenses.

More recently, Ted has worked in the fields of residential and commercial real estate. His honesty, integrity, work ethic and attention to detail helped propel him to receive the Executive Club award for sales volume from RE/MAX International in 2005.

Ted has combined his transactional experience and passion for the “art of the deal” along with his extensive knowledge of the aviation industry to assist QHS with portfolio development in the rapidly consolidating aircraft fixed base operations sector.
